Boards? I think it's a blanket

The last time I looked closely at the south 1st floor window it appeared that the whole window was missing and there was a old blanket stretched across the opening. What sort of loser does this? I wish the owner would sell the property to someone whe would fix up the place. Would it cost more to tear it down than to rehab it?

i have heard that this house has been bought already...i am not sure if they have fixed it up, but to my knowlage there is alot inside of the house to fix. Who ever bought that house has alot of work on their hands.
