Why did the board fire Bill Delahay? He was the only person who ever responded to our problems and who worked hard to fix them? Is the board mad at him cause he voiced concerns over the mispending of money in regard to the parking lots?
Why does the board treat homeowners like irresponsible children by not trusting us with keys to our roofs? If you don't trust with keys to our own property, maybe we should not have keys to the pool area as well---afterall---we might drown or destroy the pool pump--right?
How ridiculous.
When we get a key to the roof, after giving the management company a deposit--who goes up there with us to supervise us to ensure that we don't vandalize the roof? What is the purpose of not giving us a key? All the board is doing is making it hard on us---as usual. Crime still occurs on the roof. Doors are still left unlocked. The only thing the board has accomplished by this silly policy is to create a real hardship on homeowners with broken air-conditions and no way to get to them on the roof. Listen board, just give homeowners a key to the roof. Trust me, we really are grownups.
When will the parking lots be finished? Next century. They look like crap.
