I have been concerned, and voiced those concerns to the Board, about the amount of the dues we are paying, and the services we are receiving since purchasing a unit in Northpointe II about 6 months ago. The unit I own does NOT get regular landscape attention-does anyone else have this situation? I have been promised that, since the grass does not grow in an area outside our unit, gravel would replace the dirt and dry attempts at grass. To date, nothing, period, nothing. Also, what happened with the parking lot resurfacing? Does anyone have a specific time line for these activities? Does anyone really know where our money is going to, since the HOA does not pay any blanket dwelling coverage, water, etc? I would like an exact accounting of what our dues are being spent on. Anyone else feel the same? I would appreciate any insight if you have it. Thank you!
