Love the rain....

.....it's the leaks I could do with out(HE HE).

Any one else having leaks? Our house style is the one story, 3/2.5 with a piller out front. I've talked with some other neighbors with the same model, and they have the exact same leaks . (Under the air-conditioner, Next to the chimney by the back patio. Guess it's a design flaw : ) ) Any one else also having these leaks? Any one else get them fixed? Please share ( : ) ) (I've patched till my roof is black with tar. (Sniff Sniff, Still leaking. ) Any ideas?
