Yard of the Quarter Winner

The Yard of the Quarter Committee awarded Ryan Zook with a $50.00 gift certificate to Home Depot and a beautiful sign to place in his yard until the next winner is announced. A picture of his yard will be placed on the Mesa Verde website. A small committee has been formed to recognize Mesa Verde residents for their beautiful yards and to nominate them for the Yard of the Quarter program. So if you see Christina in front of your house taking pictures then chances are you have been nominated! The next winners will be announced in the November newsletter and on the community website. To be eligible for the contest the residents nominated must be current in their HOA dues and should not have any current covenant violations. The winners are chosen by the committee so please e-mail Marilyn or Gabriel Rios at redrios@yahoo.com if you have a neighbor that you would like to see nominated.
Thank you to all the residents for their beautiful yards! It really does make our neighborhood look wonderful and signifies how much we all care about our community. CONGRATULATIONS to the winner!!!
