Mesa Verde was developed in November of 1999. The developers of the property were Garrett Brothers Properties and the first to begin construction was KB Home.

In 2003, Ryland began construction of new homes and to date we have 66 completed homes with many new homes under construction. When Mesa Verde is completed it will have 134 homes.
