Mesquite Canyon

I just find it a little creepy that he taking pictures of everyone, including children.  Isnt there a law about taking pictures of children? 

It's not illegal to take pictures of people (of any age) who are out in public.  They have no reasonable expectation of privacy if they're on a public street.  If this dude was holding a camera over a block fence into your backyard you may have a case.  Even if you're in your front yard, you can't expect that your actions are private and it's not illegal to document them.  Now, if the guy was putting the pics on a website or using them for commercial purposes, that would be different.

Who knows what he does he told my friend she could come over any time and see the pictures.  What bothers her is that the camera is suppose to be for security for his HOME, and he takes pictures of everthing but his home, and the flash at night lights up the whole neighborhood not to mention it scares the crap out of you,  I drove by last week to pick up my daughter, and it just about blinded me.  I dont know what he does nor care but as soon as my child ends up on a computer without my knowledge, that is wrong, dead wrong.  He is still a creep.

I also experienced the elusive CAMERA! I was just driving to my friends house and all of a sudden there was a large FLASH that about scared the crap out of me. I thought " since when did they put speed cameras in a neighborhood?"  I asked my friend about it and she said that the guy that owns the house put the camera up recently and it takes pictures of everything and everyone. It takes pictures of her at the mail box across the street.

We did call the police and someone was supposed to go out there but no one got back with me about it. Maybe if we call call and complain to the HOA and the Police then something will be done about.

If you cant have a satellite dish showing from the front of your house then why can you have a camera that is huge and hangs by a rope and take pictures of everyone in the neighborhood?

This guy needs to wake up and realize how ridiculous he really is.....lol.....!
