It could be done
The Wyandotte show could be used for upcoming bands as well as some recycled one, And I think it would be fun, You would just need good security and a well managed event. My favorite movies at the Wyandotte were Billy Jack, The Groove Tube, Solent Green, and the all night Beatle shows, Hard days night, Help, Yellow Submarine. KT |

Wyandotte Theater Memories
I remember as a kid, we would make fun of the teenagers sitting in front of us because all they did was make out. Of course, at about age 14, taking the bus to Wyandotte to see ''A Hard Days Night'' and ''Help''. One winter day my girlfriend's mother gave me and my friends a ride to the theater to see something (don't remember what it was). We called her to pick us up when the movie was over and she wasn't home. So we started walking home to River Rouge. It was freezing and we stopped in what was then Heidi's to have hot chicken soup, then walked on. We never did see her mother. It was a long cold night. Also Christmas Day in 1972. Joe was in Vietnam, we were engaged and I went to the Wyandotte Theater with my girlfriend and her boyfriend to see the Poisedon Adventure. That was a good movie to see on the big screen. |

Favorite movie
My favorite movie was ''Cool Hand Luke''with Paul Newman. And how about all those Clint Eastwood movies like ''Hang 'em High'' ''A Fistfull of Dollars'' ''A Few Dollars More''? Those were the days when there was standing room only and people stood there and watched the movie anyway. |
