Does anyone know anything about the new condos supposed to be coming over on 3rd or 4th where the factory used to be?I think that might be around Cedar. I think someone had mentioned it here, but no details. Has anyone looked into them to see what the price range would be, the square footage, etc. I'm not ready to call their office yet as I don't want a sales pitch, but I've been wondering about them. Will the average person be able to aford them or not?
