We would have to have bulk pick up every day to keep up with these pigs around here. You sure don't see this disrespect in any other city. It is out of control. If they don't put trash on their own property, they put it on someone elses. Maybe the fine should be stiffer!!! A monetary fine and community service...cleaning up after the other pigs!!!!
