I just wanted to thank the person or persons who took it upon themselves to remove most of the signs that I put up to promote this site. I put 12 signs ($5 a piece) at the exits to each sub last night at 8:30 PM and 24 hours later, half are gone.

This site was created for all of you. This is a place where you can promote your business, advertise garage sales, talk about your concerns, etc... All I'm trying to do is get the word out so that the site is helpful and effective.

Are some people that anal where some little sign on the corner near their house is going to bother them to the point where they have to take it down? Or is this another case of the neighborhood kids with nothing better to do?

Maybe I should start removing all of the ''open house'' and ''garage sale'' signs from my yard.

How very sad....

I'm sorry to hear that your signs are gone. I would hope that it's just kids with nothing better to do. Not that it would be a good thing that kids did it, I just hope that residents here wouldn't take the signs because it's ''littering'' their property. Like you say, there are garage sale signs and open house signs all over the place and I don't hear of people taking those down.
