I'm a homeowner and taxpayer, and today was my bulk pickup day, but when I returned home from work I had a big mess in front of my home. There were broken glass in front of my home, and the truck took a big chunk out of my lawn, i guess when they were picking up the bulk items. Me and my husband work hard everyday, we also work hard on our lawn and property, and to come home to see our lawn damaged was really upsetting.

Contact Department of Public Works at 224-3900 and let them know of your concern. There may not be much that they can do now, but apologize. Perhaps they'll make a note of it and put it in the form of a memo to hand out to their employees so this wont happen again, hopefully. Good luck and keep me informed!
