Middle Run Crossing

MRX I and MRX II

Middle Run Crossing, a deed-restricted community, is situated in Mill Creek Hundred in Newark, Delaware, and is comprised of two sections. The first, Middle Run I, has its entrance on Polly Drummond Hill Road. The second section, Middle Run II, has both its entrances on Paper Mill Road. Heading west toward Newark on Paper Mill, the first entrance is a left onto Starling and the second entrance is a left onto Smith Mill.

The land was developed by Pulte Builders and was deeded in 1994 from S. Hallock duPont Jr., William K. duPont and Richard S. duPont to the Pulte Home Corporation.
