$50.00 Monthly Payment????

If you are paying someone $50.00 a month to live here, you are getting robbed. We payed one $50.00 payment towards the Civic Association at settlement to cover the year, but since there doesn't seem to be a complaint department, then there probably isn't any accounts receivable, either.

I tried many times to contact the lawyer's office that the $50 is sent to. I wanted to find out if this was legit or not. I left many messages for them to contact me back and they did not return my calls. I did not want to incur the 100% fee for not turning it in on time. I have come to the conclusion that they are sipping martinis on my $50 and I will not pay this fee again.

When I moved here in November 2002, I was never told of the $50 yearly fee,,I received a bill for $100, $50 for the fee and a $50 late fee!!!!! I tried to explain I was never told I had to pay this and never received a bill but they didn't care. I was told the fee was for ''snow removal'' and ''grass mowing'' of the common areas???

Snow removal? HAAAAAA!

That's a joke. I was riding on ice last year in the winter. Very funny. I actually haven't paid this $50 dollars. I got a bill, but I forgot about it... until now! Hahahahaha! DOH! Guess I'm going to be paying a late fee, now. Riiiight.

I'm ready to move. Seriously. Not just about this, but a couple of things around here that I don't like.
