After speaking with a county police officer they said we as a neighborhood need to push for lights at the parks on Vincent Circle and at the corner of Lisa Lane and Vincent Circle. He said this will help deter kids from hanging out in these areas late at night. Also mentioned to keep calling police whenever we see problems such as kids hanging out late, minibikes or 4wheelers, or any other disturbance.
