Spring greetings to every one in Mill Creek Crossing and hope all are doing well. We had the annual elections for HOA management and the following were elected as officers and board members:
President Bob and Glenda Stone
Vice President Jasper and Annette Harold
Secretary and Treasurer Butch and Mary Sikes
Board Member Jaspel and Menna Sagoo
Board Member Quentin and Suzie Thomas
Board Member Jim and Connie Wolff

We all want to thank outgoing Presidents Quintin and Suzie Thomas for all the hard work and accomplishments in 2006.

Some of the highlights of the past year were:
The spring and fall cleaning and sprucing of the front entrance.
The repainting and adding of the web site address to the entrance sign.
Removal of the dead and dying trees at the entrance.
The repairing and painting of several street signs by Jasper Harold.
The first year of using our new water faucet at the entrance for the beautiful flowers.

Glenda and I hope to contribute a lot to the neighborhood and if you have any Ideas or concerns call us at 770-928-4025

There is a spring HOA meeting ,of the board, to be held at the Serene Bean Caf?© in Woodstock. It is next to the park in olde town . We plan to meet at 7:30pm on Tuesday March 13. Please come and have a cup of coffee with us as we plan on events for 2007.

The Spring Planting and clean up of the entrance is scheduled for Saturday April 21 at 9:30 am. Come on down to help out and visit with your neighbors.

Not a member of the Home Owners Association yet?

Still not too late to join for 2007. See the web site for the membership form and return to Mary Sikes at 301 Catique Ct. Is still only $50.00 and really helps us to maintain the entrance and the road signs. A strong HOA is really an asset to your home values and security.
