Homeowner’s association members please indicate below your nomination for president; vice president; secretary/treasurer and three board members. The nomination will be for a husband & wife team, this makes it easier to share the workload and facilitate attendance at meetings.
The completed Nomination form should be returned to Quintin and Suzie Thomas at 121 Caracas Dr by 1/15/2011
The top two nominations for each position for the officers and top six nominations for the board will be included in the ballot for elections to be held at a location TBA.
The HOA management will verify the acceptance of the nominees for these positions.
Nominees must be current HOA members, see attached list of members.
