MHA represents homes on the Millbrook Canals

Membership in Millbrook Addition Home Owners Association is limited to waterfront homes on the Millbrook Canals, along Westbrook Drive, Millbrook Drive, Millbrook Court, Augusta Lane, Creekford Drive, Postbridge Court and Waltham Court.

MHA operates fountains to aerate and circulate our water.  All equipped with light kits, providing beautiful night illumination of the fountain sprays. They are normally operated from 7am to 11 am and 7pm to 11pm daily.

Our annual early-December "Progressive Dinner" provides a friendly way to meet and greet our neighbors, both old and new.  Members of the organization and our neighbors in the Millbrook Addition area whose homes are not on the water are invited to attend the Progressive Dinner.

Annual Membership Meeting

MHA schedules an annual membership meeting in January of each year. All members of MHA are strongly encouraged to attend.

MHA Officers are selected each January by Board of Directors

The general MHA membership elects the Board of Directors. Following the annual membership meeting, the six member Board of Directors holds a special meeting and elects the organization's President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary for the coming year.
