I put this question out to the rest of the board this morning.  Sorry didnt realize anyone was using the discussion tool yet.  But thanks!

Basically, none of the members have heard anything for a couple of years now.  About 2 years ago some of the members went to a meeting where they laid out the latest plans for the development.  Since that time, of course the housing market has changed significantly and here we are today.  We dont know anything else right now, but continue to monitor what resources are available to us.  Thanks!

See the doc I just posted - Carter Farm Sewage Plan public notice.  DNREC has approved the sewage plant that will be built ON the Carter Farm and it will provide "ON-SITE" sewage/wastewater treatment for the Carter Farm Developemtn PLUS additional developemnts that have been waiting for a sewer system to be built in the area.  So rather than one public sewer system that future subdivisions can tie into, they (NCC & State of DE) are going to allow these "private" sewage plants to be built whenever/wherever a developer wants to jam in a subdivision.  So now we have "affordable housing" and a sewage plant right next to us.

If I am seeing it right, I think the farmhouse is officially boarded up?  Can't be a good sign.
