The lawsuit was dismissed by the Association in September last year. They had one year to re-file, which they did not do. Therefore it is over and the house can stay as is. |

Are we wasting money?
Who decides when a lawsuit is instigated? Is there a vote or is it decided by committee? Can't the fees be reduced instead? How many homes belong to the association? I don't think that I've ever recieved an accounting of monies spent. |
