Well we can see progress in Fossil Creek park, especially since the light poles for the ball diamonds have been installed. The residents in the patio homes east of Lemay are objecting as it spoils their view of the mountains. Others, including me, are concerned about the lights spilling out into our neighborhood. We have been assured that they are full cut-off, meaning they will shine down and not out and up.
I am not sure that there is anything we can do about this. The lights will be tested in the spring but will not have much use until the grass is established in the spring of 2004.
