Joe Owner Blows The Whistle on TMMC

Posted in: Highline Meadows Fellows

It is amazing how easy it is for these management companies to stay out of trouble by just resigning. I believe the Cherry creek Farm HOA should be suing TMMC along with Highline Meadows and Second green in a large Class Action Lawsuit.

The lies, deceptive, harassment, manipulation, cheating and missing monies is a common theme with TMMC. One day these criminals will be arrested and TMMC will be banned from Property Management in Colorado!

Last time I checked... stealing and harassment was a crime in the United States. One day TMMC will be brought to justice to explain themselves and the missing monies in all our communities. This TMMC hiding, lieing and "CONTROL" of the Board of Directors must stop!

Does anyone ever check the spending on plumbers and legal fees? What about exterminator and pool cost? We have so much money we spend each year on these along with many other items in an overblown budget. At the end of the year we have nothing as we have made others rich with our monies...
