Condos

The individually owned condos each are assessed $150 per month in HOA fees, of which the largest single chunk is for landscaping, with the rest being for exterior maintenance (like painting, roof repairs, etc.) So if the condos need landscaping, it is not because the owners have not paid (& rather handsomely at that) to have it accomplished.
