the property is seriously unkept with trash and trash container remaining on the street...these are ''renters''.

why cant we enforce our neighborhood restrictions as described in the ''declaration''...our property values are eroding.

Since my last entry, our young neighbors have improved. we oldtimers would just like to see new folk fit in. We're all pretty much doing the best we can with this tough economy. Keep up the good work neighbors.
