I just read that you should never confront a suspicious person or vehicle. I did that last night and asked, "Can I help you?" because this guy was just sitting in his car parked at a curb in my neighborhood (outside my neighbor's house) with his arm hanging out. He was there for awhile and my mom didn't feel comfortable leaving my house, so I walked over to his car to see what's up.
It's definitely not the way to go because he said he's waiting for his friend (my neighbor down the street) to come out. I asked him what my neighbor's name is and he didn't know. So I knocked on my neighbor's door to ask them if they knew this guy and they said that they did. I told them it was suspicious-looking for the neighborhood and he didn't know their names either. I bid them farewell and my neighbor hollared at me, "he could of shot you." Well, I replied, "it's okay, I'm packing too."
What do you make of that???
PS - The neighborhood is Martin Place by I-10 and DIP.
