I'm concerned about the cracks in the wood beams supporting the columns in the "S" building. Also, the staircase in front of the building directly across from the mailboxes has some serious damage on the underside of the stairs.
The fencing around patios throughout the complex is rotting away.
There are also residents cluttering balconies and placing aluminum foil to cover windows instead of blinds or curtains.
Continuity of appearance is sorely lacking due to management allowing residents to cover upper balconies and patios with just about anything.
Monaco is not being properly maintained resulting in fire and safety hazards apart from the general shabby appearance. Everyone seems to be turning a blind eye to the situation.
What is going on?
