Change in Property Managers. Jerry Ebel of Premier Community Management has done an outstanding job as our property manager. Premier has promoted him to the general manager position of a larger community. We thank Jerry and wish him luck. Dani Thompson of Premier will assume the property manager duties for us. Overnight Street Parking Prohibited. Hopefully you have noticed the signs at our entrances warning that overnight street parking is prohibited, and that violators may be towed. We tried to avoid the problem with reminder notices, but some people ignored the reminders. Now that signs make owners, renters and visitors fully aware of the prohibition, we will be asking ATR Towing to tow offending vehicles.
Clubhouse Reservations. If you wish to reserve the clubhouse, please note the instructions/rules posted on the clubhouse window. Plan to make your reservation weeks in advance. Keep in mind that we require a cash deposit ?– checks are not acceptable.
Filing of Leases Required. Owners renting their property are required to file a lease with our property manager. This means that a filing is required each time there is a change in tenants. Further, the rules limit the number and type of renters, so owners should be reviewing the CC&Rs before entering leases.
We also remind landlords that the city must be advised of the rental of a property. We will be asking our new property manager to issue violation notices to those owners not complying with these rules, and to notify the city of the use of the property as a rental unit.
Tree Replacement. When the monsoon, with its threat of damaging winds, departs we will be assessing what trees need to be replaced. Keep in mind that you may be responsible for replacing a tree that has been lost.
Board Meetings. The Board of Directors will meet at the clubhouse on Wednesday September 26 at 6:30 p.m.
