Annual Meeting. The annual meeting of our association will be held in the Community Room at the First Credit Union on Alma School Road at 6:30 P.M. on Thursday, February 19, 2009. We will be electing a board of directors. If you are interested in serving, contact Mitzi Carley of Premier Community Management at 480-704-2900.

Fruit Cleanup. Decaying fruit is an invitation to pests, particularly what is known here in Arizona as roof rats. If you have a fruit tree(s) please make sure to pick the tree(s) or cleanup the downed fruit promptly so that you and your neighbors do not have any unwelcome visitors to your yards.

Trash Bins. In the last year we have seen improvement in the number of trash/recycle bins that are left out days before or after pickups. Bins left out long after pickups diminish the attractiveness of our community. The CC & Rs allow eighteen (18) hours for you to bring in your bins. Besides being a rule, it is a courtesy to your neighbors to promptly retrieve your bin.

Swimming Pool/Clubhouse. We have been repairing various items about the pool and clubhouse. We will have some necessary work on the pool that will require it to be drained. We hope to have this completed before swim season starts, but if our contractor?’s schedule does not allow for that we hope you will excuse the inconvenience.
