Conditions, Covenants & Restrictions. CC & Rs (as they are called) apply to all residences in our community. In recent months it seems many people have no idea that these rules exist. CC & Rs are intended to make living in a community a pleasant experience for all residents while protecting the property values of property owners.

If you don?’t have the CC & Rs, please contact our property manager. If you have them, please review them. Penalties apply for violations of CC & Rs, and the board of directors and property manager prefer not to force compliance through penalties.

Projects. Repairing and painting our walls, repairing and sealing our roads, trimming trees, and repairing the clubhouse air conditioning have been our summer projects. In addition, All Purpose Maintenance has been working on our lighting and other maintenance items in the community.

Vehicle Parking. It is little known, but the CC & Rs (Section 3.6) provide that vehicles may be parked in driveways only when vehicles already occupy the spaces in the garage. Using the garage as storage space often leads to vehicles being parked in driveways.

The community looks neater, and your neighbors will be appreciative, if your vehicle(s) is not parked in your driveway. If you are parking in your driveway, please consider if you can better organize your garage to accommodate your vehicle(s) that you have been parking in your driveway.

Board of Directors Meetings. The board meets at 6:30 p.m. in the clubhouse on the third Thursday of each month with the exception of July and December. A notice of the meeting and an agenda are posted on the bulletin boards.
