CC & R Amendment Vote. Soon owners will be receiving a ballot regarding a proposed amendment to the rental section of our CC & Rs. Current owners will not be impacted, but the future makeup of our community is involved. Please be part of shaping our future. We need to hear from you. Regardless of how you vote, please vote.

Landscaping. The spring tree trimming has been completed. Hopefully that was part of the reason that some substantial winds in March did not topple or break any trees. Our lawns and shrubs look as good as they have ever looked. Shrubs are trimmed by sections. If the ones in your area have become overgrown please be patient; the lawn service will be getting to them.

Swimming Pool. We have complied with a new federal law by changing the drains in our swimming pool and spa. The spa changes generated some problems with the spa heating unit, but those should now be resolved. Note: If you observe any unusual or inappropriate behavior at the pool this swim season, please be sure to report it to Mitzi or Tennille of Premier Community Management at 480-904-2900.

Clubhouse. Repairs and revisions to the clubhouse are largely complete. Please remember to lock the doors and turn out the lights and fans in the fitness center before you leave. It is also a courtesy to others to leave the exercise equipment in the configuration in which you found it.
