Annual Meeting. The annual meeting of our association will be held in the Community Room at the First Credit Union on Alma School Road at 7 P.M. on Thursday, February 21, 2008. We will be electing a board of directors. If you are interested in serving, contact Dani Thompson of Premier Community Management at 480-704-2900.

Exterior Improvements. Reminder: just about anything you do to the exterior of your property requires prior approval. Your contractor likely will not know this, and likely will not ask you about it. Check your Ocotillo Design Guidelines & Community Rules booklet, or call the Ocotillo Community Association (480-704-2900) for information before you start an improvement project.

Vehicles. More and more visitors in this season of vacations mean more children in our community. Please be alert and watch your speed.

Parking on cul du sac pavers, even for a short time, is not permitted. We hope not to have to place no parking signs, so please be sure to tell your visitors of this prohibition.

Rental Properties. All owners of rental properties are required to file leases with Premier Community Management. Short-term rentals or time shares are not permitted. We are enforcing these rules.
