New Management Company
Effective December 1, 2006 our new management company will be Swift Management Solutions. Those homeowners who attended the HOA meeting on November 9th had an opportunity to meet owner Chuck Swift and Debbie Price, Property Manager.
Chuck and Debbie assured us that they will do their utmost to preserve the appearance of the property as well as tend to any areas that need improvement.
A letter from Swift was sent out to all homeowners on November 15th.
2007 HOA Fees
The Board of Directors reviewed and approved the budget for 2007. There will be a minimal increase in the monthly dues. Beginning January 2007 the monthly amount will be $284.00. Mulching of individual properties was taken out of the budget in order to keep the increase to a minimum.
Payments now go to Swift Management Solutions, 1750 University Dr. #205, Coral Springs, FL 33071.
