Hello.

I am currently having a house built there and I agree with your concerns but I have yet to see any improvements especially with vehicles parked on the side of the street. Have they or did they respond to your requests. I would assume they have not.

Our scheduled move in date is in early February and I would like to see some issues handled. Is there anything we can do to assist?

I am home all the time and watch alot of what is going on in my corner of the sub.  I really like it here very much.  I agree with you on all counts even if at times i might leave the garbage can out a day longer or my truck is parked on the road.  Should have made sure my truck would fit in the garage before I got this home along with my washer and dryer...oh well.  I will say I like some of the improvements do look good but there is always more we can do.  Like if one is going to post something of importance on a mail box...please make it look good and only keep it up for a short time.  Whether we should be doing that or not...it appears people are doing it anyway.  Take a small trash bag with you when you walk the neighborhood and pick up some trash on the road that might not be anybodies property.  There is no harm in that just makes up look better. We all benefit
