Montibello Homeowners Association

Since the first of 2007 I have learned of three Montibello homeowners who have experienced very dirty water coming into their homes. Two of the three have had the water department look into it (one resulting in a dug up yard), but with no insight or resolution. One incident seems possibly linked to a nearby lightening strike. Another after the homeowner had been away from home some time. Another possible explanation that has come up is backflow from sprinkler systems.
