I've just received a notice from the ABC Board to Councilman Walker that a hearing has been scheduled before the ABC Board for Thurs., Oct. 25th, 4:30pm, to review Ms. Fraga's (current owner of the Vinyard) Notice of
Intent Application (to have the adjoining property East of the Vinyard on Coursey Blvd zoned C-AB-1 for alocohol sales). Anyone wishing to oppose this application should be
present at the hearing (if you could, you might want to advise your
neighbors of this). Councilman Walker will be at that hearing

Correction

ABC Board hearing pertains to another property owned by Ms. Fraga. The zoning change for the property on Coursey Blvd. will be heard by the Planning and Zoning committee on October 22nd.
