Monticello

There is a vacant house on catalina.  It has been vacant for at least a year, the grass is over 10 feet tall. Also there is a pool going unattended in the backyard.  This is a very unsafe condition.  It is unsightly, and a draw down to property values.  Can anything be done is improve this area?  It is becoming difficult to see around the tall grass at the intersection.
