The April CCHOA board meeting was the first for two newly elected directors, Mike Price and Matt Canto.
The CCHOA Declarations call for the board of directors to elect the officers from among themselves. It also allows the board to name Special Appointments, which they also did, creating a Developments Officer, which will be necessary to work more closely with the Circle C Developers, particularly during the expansion of our Amenities (new Pool and Community Center, Playscapes, and Hiking Trails). Here are the results
Quentin Fennessy ?– President
Steve Urban ?– Vice President
AE Martin ?– Secretary
Mike Price ?– Treasurer
Ed Scruggs - Developments Officer
The votes were unanimous. Please join me in congratulating the new CCHOA officers!
