Why the h*ll we need the Bylaws if we don't govern our Association according to the Bylaws?! Shame on all the Directors of the Board of CCHoA!

BYLAWS OF CIRCLE C HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
ARTICLE IV, Section 3 - REMOVAL
Any director may be removed from the Board, with or without cause, by a majority vote of the members of the Association. In the event of death, resignation or removal of a director, his successor shall be selected by a majority of the remaining members of the Board and shall serve for the unexpired term of his predecessor.
