Dear Mr. Fennessy,
This is my third request in the attention to your name for a copy of two insurance policies ?– General Liability Insurance Policy and Directors & Officers Insurance Policy.
On May 9th, I sent you a certified letter (#7001 0320 0000 8453 5169) requesting a copy of the insurance policy including the Directors & Officers coverage.
On the morning of May 12th, Denise Nordstrom, CCHoA?’s full time Operations Director, sent me an e-mail acknowledging the receipt of the above letter and informing me that the Association charges 10 cents per page of the documents.
In the afternoon of May 12th, I sent an e-mail to Ms. Nordstrom stating that I wanted a copy of the General Liability Insurance Policy and Directors & Officers Insurance Policy, and I also asked her about the cost of the copies. I told Ms. Nordstrom that I wanted to mail her a check before my departure of my week-long trip. I received no response.
On the morning of May 13th, I e-mailed Ms. Nordstrom again and asked her about the cost of the copy for the two insurance policies. Again, I received no response.
On May 14th, I sent you the second certified letter (#7002 1000 0005 6222 2043) with a check in the amount of thirty dollars. I believe this amount is more than enough to cover the cost of the copies and the postage.
Up to today, I haven't received the copy of the two insurance policies.
And also, I didn't receive the second certified mail?’s receipt card from the post office. I believe that Ms. Nordstrom had refused signing that certified mail.
Mr. Fennessy, if I don't receive the copy of the two insurance policies that I have already paid for by the end of this month, I will have no choice but to seek help from my lawyer, and you will be held responsible for all the legal expenses incurred.
Sincerely,
Lisa Sun
