Keep your sheds locked at night. I will request additional patrols of our area.
A Message From the MPHA President Manny Gonzales:
Greetings to everyone of Moravian Pointe! This is the year we finally got the EB right lane of 15 Mile back and we saw several other construction projects in our community moving along. I am currently unaware of any new projects scheduled directly to our area so hopefully we get a break from all the orange barrels.
I encourage everyone to please read the newsletter we mailed out and about the Special Assessment is coming in the next collection cycle.
If you have any questions or recommendations, please contact any board member and speaking of board members - please welcome Tami Eyberse as the newest MPHA board member. Please welcome our new Welcoming Committee’s Chairperson Pamela and Welcoming Comittee member Roosevelt (her husband). Thank you all for the privilege of your time and dedication to our community.
