Our Community of 72 Homes is nestled up against the side of Buffalo Mountain. Built by Hooker Homes in 1987, Morningside is a quiet and private neighborhood with panoramic views showing
Homeowner “pride of ownership”.
Board Of Directors
The Homeowners Association is comprised of the 72 lot owners and is governed by a voluntary Board of Directors. The Board meets as needed, usually every month or two. There is an annual Membership Meeting every year, usually held in the fall on a Saturday at the western cul-de-sac.
