The Morningside Historic District

the MHDO IS IN NEED OF YOUR HELP!!  WE NEED RESIDENCE TO 'STEP-UP' AND GET INVOLVED AND RUN FOR PRESIDENT AND VICE PRESIDENT AT LEAST.  THE POSITIONS HAVE BEEN FILLED FOR THE LAST TWO YEARS BY JEFF AND HAZEL AND THEY HAVE REACHED THEIR TWO YEAR TERM LIMIT.  WE ARE IN LIMBO NOW BECAUSE THEY CAN NOT BE ELECTED FOR ANOTHER TERM.  WE HAVE SO MANY TALENTED AND COMPETENT RESIDENCE OVER THE AGE OF 18 IN OUR SUBDIVISION AND YET NONE OFFER THEIR HELP.  IT IS VERY SAD THAT WE GOT TOGETHER AND ACCOMPLISHED SO MUCH IN SUCH A SHORT TIME AND YET NOW NO ONE CAN BE FOUND TO RUN NOW, VERY SAD INDEED.

As of the 26th of May, 2012 there is still no new officers, no interest much in the meetings, even though there were a few new faces at the last meeting.  The WIFI at the library doesn't work well in the meeting room but works sufficiently in the main room.  Don't try using the county GIS site on a library computer, they do not have Silverlight installed on them, so the site won't upload
