does anybody know what type of homes are being built behind the clubhouse and what the starting prices will be. The sign out on lebannon says the enclave starting at 170k is that it?

Not Enclave
It is going to be townhomes. They are supposed to start at $130k. Each will have a garage, and the development will have it's own pool. I don't know where the Eclave is supposed to be. |

My friend who is a builder/realtor told me that they were building townhomes back there. This is what I was told, but if someone else knows anything else, please let us know. |
