In February a house sold close to my residence and the individual that lives in the home doesn't apparently doesn't believe in cutting her grass. The couple of times she has mowed the front yard, she has cranked up her lawnmower at 10:15pm (at night) when most people are sleeping or ATTEMPTING to prepare to sleep. Her back yard has been cut one time and could possibly be cut and bailed for hay. Since I pay (as everyone in Hickory Hills) pays the ''luxury to live in the neighborhood tax'', who w/ Gasser is supposed to be enforcing such problems?

You're not alone
You may even want to consider yourself lucky. A house on my street has yet to be mowed this year. I would love to know who is responsible for enforcing yard upkeep. Give me back my association dues, and I'll mow the yard myself... |
