The house beside ours has gone into foreclosure. This house, at 5825 SE Taylor, has been the subject of numerous complaints in the 16 years I've lived here. The bank seems to want a high value for it ($211,000), and I fear that some developer will buy it to build a road through to the acre property still empty after the fire. Can the association track/do anything? THanks.
