my take on it

241 folks showed up at the dem precinct i was at. 4 years ago there were 92. from news discussions i heard: 1) dem base stimulated by all the quality candidates & 2) independent voters went to the dem caucus, indicating a trend for the general election down the road - a vote for the dem candidate and a repudiation of the Bush presidential disaster - especially iraq, but who has the time to list it all.

As well. Last time we had 16 and this time 151. We're a much small community and this was very good to see.
