I still dont see how

it is up to elected officials to garantee anyone a job or benefits. Someone please explain how that works.
s for the degrees tlous kids have-how in the heck can someone with a degree in business and education not find a job? I understand the paralegal thing might be hard to find a use for as I dont hear of much call for one locally. It is about choices. Personal choices. The decisions we make as we go along in life that affect us in the long term. The education we choose to get. The career path we choose. It is NOT up to the govt to provide for us. It is up to us to go find a job and live within the means of that job. No body starts at the top of the food chain. Someone has to be the low man on the totem pole. Fortune 500 companies dont get to be fortune 500 companies because they dont know how to make money. THAT is what a bussiness does. It makes money for the shareholders. Either you fit into the corporate culture of the place you work or you get out. The govt can not and should not interfere with that by guaranteeing any benefits. It is up to the company to take care of its employees in the manner in which it sees fit. It makes no difference if you or I like the way the treat employees. They will do what it takes to make money. That is their job.

I wish them well in their quest to find a job.
