Now that we're starting over at the top, let's start looking at the real rules, the ones that have all the play. city administrator, chief of police, so called assistant chief,assistant prosecutors. By the way, has anyone every thought it a conflict of interest that Harvey Albee is the city attorney and Gary Allison the countey attorney and they are both in private practice together also? Where do the indescretions stop?

The city did not pay for the statue and water fountain. It came from federal grants and private citizens around town. Our own wealthy citizens paid for those additions to the riverfront, not us as tax payers.I agree that police are underpaid but so are teachers and I guess you expect it when you choose that profession.
