Everyone has a bad day now and then but we all have to get on with our lives. Sometimes getting on with life is much easier said than done. I am not in your shoes, but we all should think about others. I have learned that if something or someone is bothering me it is much better to comfront what ever it is, than to pretend it is not there. Maybe if everyone could learn how to talk instead of letting it bottle up inside, bad feelings would not happen to come out as hatered! Have you ever honestly tried talking to someone that has upset you in any way? Have you ever honestly let someone know that you have feeling too? Well I am not an expert on anything but I know what has helped me. Hope everyone has a nice evening.
