I read the article in the paper yesterday about the young gentleman who viciously attacked another man because of his sexual orientation...If the victim made advances toward the young man, he should have just removed himself from that situation ...instead of going back and GAY BASHING the victim this was something planned..We have a HATE CRIME here besides the felony assault itself.....

of course it is a hate crime.

People in this country, especially younger and older, are to intolerant, uptight and pretentious for this day and age. This kid is probably in the closet anyway.
